DAI Leaders from across Dallas and Collin County will meet for our 2023 Leaders Retreat on Sunday, January 22nd at 1pm Temple Emanu-El (8500 Hillcrest Rd, Dallas).

Our focus will be on learning and practicing the fundamental tools of organizing so that we can better fight for the collective wellbeing of our communities.

We will discuss how to: understand power; discover and act on the interests of your institution; identify and develop sustainable leadership; think and act strategically; and most important, how to engage in real conversations about the mission and democratic action of your institution building power for our communities.

Los líderes de DAI de todo el condado de Dallas se reunirán para nuestro Retiro de líderes 2023 el domingo 22 de enero a la 1pm Temple Emanu-El (8500 Hillcrest Rd, Dallas).

Nuestro enfoque estará en aprender y practicar las herramientas fundamentales de organizarnos para que podamos luchar mejor por el bienestar colectivo de nuestras comunidades.

Hablaremos cómo: entender el poder; descubrir y actuar sobre los intereses de su institución; identificar y desarrollar un liderazgo sostenible; pensar y actuar estratégicamente; y lo más importante, cómo participar en conversaciones reales sobre la misión y la acción democrática de su institución, construyendo poder para nuestras comunidades.
